History
The Forty-fifth Mechanized Strike Cluster was a front-line formation that had been created from the best of the Horse's second line troops.[1]
The Cluster was disbanded in 3065 and its warriors used to replace losses in Alpha and Beta Galaxies that occurred during the Clan's brief stint in the Inner Sphere under Khan Malavai Fletcher.[2]

In 3059 the commanding officer was Star Colonel Tammy DelVillar.[1]
