History
Not much was found when this Fourth CRC was dissolved. Not until much later was the truth known. In the 4th Succession War, during the third wave of the combined House Davion/House Steiner the 1st battalion surrendered on New Canton. The written lore which was witnessed, or was reported was in reality incorrect. The 'story' that was 'made' was instead of being treated as POWs, by the attacking Federated Suns Mech units, the 1st battalion's surviving mechs were disabled, the cockpits welded closed with the mech warriors still inside, and then allowed to be drowned in the nearby Canton river. (circa 3062, it has been released by the Federated Suns that this was not the real case).
