4th Confederation Reserve Cavalry

History

   In the 4th Succession War the 1st battalion surrendered on New Canton. The written lore was that at that time, was what some witnessed. That instead of being treated as POWs the surviving mechs were disabled, the cockpits welded closed with the warriors still inside, and then drowned in the Canton river.  This was not the real case. 
     The 1st battalion, in reality, became a new Federated Suns unit, The 1st Valkyries Legion. 

     The 3rd battalion surrendered in the failed defense of Styk. They later became part of the 3rd Republican, or so they say. 
     Only the 2nd battalion survived the war. But it was absorbed into other CCAF units that needed reserves. Hence it too, is longer a working CCAF unit.
