Overview

The Eighty-fourth Hussar Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

History

From 2701 onwards it was frequently used as the opposing force in wargames and training exercises for the rest of LII Corps. When not acting as an Opfor in a training exercise, the unit was based on Batavia with LII Corps headquarters.[1]

In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the LII Corps, Second Army, to District 1 of the Federated Suns Military Region. The unit was originally formed in the Marik Commonwealth of the Free Worlds League.

The Eighty-fourth was then transferred to District 3 by 2765, to take part in the Periphery Uprising.[2] The Eighty-fourth was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[2]
