Overview

The Ninth BattleMech Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

History

In 2764, the unit was stationed on Mallory's World[1], assigned as a part of the IX Corps, Second Army, to District 1 of the Federated Suns Military Region. It was then transferred to District 2 in 2765 in response to the New Vandenberg Uprising.[2] With the start of the Amaris Civil War, the Ninth would take part in the Hegemony Campaign to win back Terra, in which the division was destroyed.[2]

Officers

The commanding officer in 2764 is Major General Jeannette Marko.[3]

Composition

As an SLDF BattleMech Division the Ninth would have been composed with two Brigades of 'Mech regiments and a brigade of Mechanized Infantry regiments.[4]
