Arden Baxter was the Chancellor of the Capellan Confederation from 2415 to 2425.
History
Arden Baxter officially started the Rim War in 2417, by declaring a state of war existed against the Taurian Concordat. The conflict had been infrequently waged for the past 20 years, but Baxter decided to go all out in order to claim new territories. The war nearly cost Baxter his chancellorship and it drained his nation's treasury.[1][2][3]
