The Ballentine system was home to at least one habitable world or construct and as at 2750 was located in the Coreward Combat Theatre region of the Draconis March within the Federated Suns.[1]

System Description

The Ballentine system lies near the Lucerne and New Ivaarsen systems.[1]

System History

The Ballentine system was colonized by the Federated Suns during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War.[2][1] Ballentine vanished from maps during the Second Succession War[3][4] indicating that the system had been abandoned or depopulated.

First Succession War

Ballentine was invaded during the first half of the major invasion into the Federated Suns launched by the Draconis Combine in May 2787.[12] Ballentine was liberated by the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns in 2812-13 as part of the third and final major AFFS counter-offensive of the First Succession War against the Draconis Combine.[13]
