The Beecher system was the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as at 3145 was located in the Markesan Operational Area of the Crucis March within the Federated Suns.[1][2]

The Beecher system is located close to the Barstow and Bristol systems.[1][2]
The database of the (apocryphal) 1989 video game MechWarrior, set around the year 3025, gives a population of 3.689 billion for Beecher and describes the environment as "tropical" (out of only three broad impressions of planetary environments given in the game, these being "desert", "ice", or "tropical"). The description one-liner reads "Strong industry and agriculture, excellent wines."
