History
In 2764 the Star League Defense Force WarShip SLS Borodino was the flagship of Vice Admiral Cha Su Pai, the commanding officer of the DragonStars, otherwise known as the 193rd Escort Squadron, a squadron within the Nineteenth Fleet. Admiral Cha was the senior squadron commander within the Nineteenth Fleet at the time, and in recognition of this Admiral Thomas Belleau, commanding officer of the Nineteenth Fleet, would most commonly attach his flagship, the SLS Moscow, to the 193rd.[1]
