Camilo Gutierrez was the Legate of New Aragon from at least 3130 until he was relived from office in 3135.[1][2][3]

During September 3134, while the Swordsworn were assisting New Aragon to defend against a Capellan attack, Legate Gutierrez happily placed his forces under the command of Duke Aaron Sandoval.[4]
Early in February 3135, forces from McCarron's Armored Cavalry raided New Aragon, before being expelled by the Fifth Triarii Protectors. The impact of the fighting however included the destruction of the industrial sector of Jahrman, the second-largest city in Tandoh province. Following these events, Legate Gutierrez was criticized by both Paladins Anders Kessel and David McKinnon for his actions, and it was rumored Governor Marilou Grogan would relieve him of duty.[1]
On 12 May 3135, three of New Aragon's strongest public leaders arranged a joint press conference today to declare the situation on-world hopelessly lost. Leading the charge was self-avowed populist leader (and head of the Dynasty Party) Hu Khan Sei, along the Governor's Aide Ursa Pochemkin and New Aragon's (former) Legate Camilo Gutierrez, recently relieved of all duties and responsibilities, saying that at this point, New Aragon should welcome Capellan intervention to save lives.[5]
