The Caracol system was home to at least one habitable world or construct and as at 2750 was located in the Bjarred Prefecture of the Pesht Military District within the Draconis Combine.[1]

The Caracol system is located near the Chapineria and Wonju systems.[1]

The Caracol system was colonized at some point during the Star League era after the end of the Reunification War.[2][1] Caracol vanished from maps during the later Succession Wars,[3][4] indicating that the system had been depopulated or abandoned.
