I think keeping it is a good thing, some times you want to just look up standard mechs, and the "Clan Mech category" includes both the standard and omni mechs.— The preceding unsigned comment was posted by 73.97.204.147 (talk • contribs) 10 August 2019.
- I vote no on deletion. Having thought about it, it is nice having Omni/Standard/Industrial categories for both Clan and Inner Sphere 'Mechs. --Cache (talk) 18:04, 15 October 2021 (EDT)

I use this page to find appropriate freebirth mech assignments for my campaign. While I am fairly good at sifting out omnis on the clan battlemechs page, I'd rather make it easier for a less experienced player (i.e. reader/researcher/DM).
