Cesar Spano was an armor leader on the Davion Guards during the Dark Age.[1]

He has white hair and brown eyes.[1]
History[edit]
Cesar was born in the early months of the Jihad and during the Dark Age he was the oldest member in the Swordsworn still in active combat duty.
For thirty years he has been stubbornly preaching that regardless of how many times the AFFC attempted to promote him, it would not work as he preferred to die on the field of battle than sitting as a REMF in the command post while he ordered his men to die without him.
Though this has never been enjoyed by his superiors, his phenomenal ability to insert and extract infantry units in any situation has forced them all to overlook his peculiar attitudes. His skills have fostered fanatical support among the infantry.
His current commander finds him an irritant, and hopes he will quickly be dispatched on new battlefields, but Spanno, now 64 offers a respectable challenge on the battlefield.[1]
