Charles Finnigan took command of the 3rd FedCom RCT in 3058 after Hauptmann General Gregory Sykes retired.
He had a rocky relationship with his superiors in the Valexa PDZ and liked to cite "administrative problems" rather than comply with orders he did not like or which he did not wish to undertake. He would be killed on April 13th 3063 after heavy fighting during the FedCom Civil War.
