Cindy Meyer was the commanding officer of the Tenth Marik Militia as of 3059. [1]

Colonel Meyer, a ruthless woman, was rumored to have called in multiple favors from numerous allies in the Free Worlds League Military in order to secure her command of the Tenth Marik Milita but, fortunately for the Tenth, she was a good leader and talented tactician.[1] Under her command, the Tenth was stationed on Bernardo from 3059 to at least 3067, at which point her martial and political skills had made her an irreplaceable asset to the unit.[2] Colonel Meyer had a strained relationship with her executive officer Force Commander Yoshio Kawamura who, despite respecting her skills, was left ill-prepared for serving under a female officer by his Draconis Combine background.[1]
