Admiral Connall Shockley was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Fifteenth Fleet at least between 2764 and 2765.[1][2]
History[edit]
A follower of old Navy traditions, Shockley had a work-hard and party-hard attitude. Despite his hard drinking, he never let it interfere with his duties, which was reflected in the high morale and above average performance of his Fleet. This attitude was reflected in Shockley's practice of throwing wild parties for his troops, but dealing harshly with anyone whose excess caused them to fall short in performing their duties.[1]
Shockley's flagship while leading the Fifteenth Fleet was the SLS Uluru[2]. The Uluru wasn't permanent attached to any one of the Fleet's Squadrons, but rather was rotated by Shockley between them, to allow him to perform shock inspections.[1]
