History[edit]

Known to everybody as "Dagger" Di Jones grown up on the meanest streets in the Republic - the world of Yorii in Prefecture X. With only herself to watch her back, Jones quickly made a name for herself not only because of her loner attitude, but also her ability to survive. Her first known use of a dagger was at age twelve, when a drunk felt he could have his way with a small child, but the belly slashes taught him otherwise. Her aptitude with daggers quickly led to her nickname.

When the call to form Wyld's Jokers went out, Jones had already made her way into Prefecture IV and quickly fit into the hodgepodge unit. When she saw the the Hatchetman it was simply love at first sight. The previous occupant of the 'Mech was interested in keeping his ride, but she quickly disabused him of the notion of ownership, along with a lot of blood and some skin.

Though her general attitude had always been one of complete disdain for the opposite sex, she had a tempestuous relationship with Jack Farrell almost immediately upon entering the unit, and the Order of the Five Pillars believe that one of their more infamous fights led directly to Jack's nickname of "One-Eyed". Her only other known connection is "Magpie" Webster, with some speculate saying they are sisters, but this is doubtful. She has been her anchor and most probably the only reaso "Magpie" has not descended into indiscriminate murder by now.[1]

She fought Star Colonel Rikkard Nova Cat on Ozawa. The Spirit Cats were following a vision of Kev Rosse while the Bannson's Raiders were following his bosses orders. In less that a week they had already destroyed three of her vehicles and broken the moral of Sergeant Nelson. She killed him cleaving her Ax in the head of Nelson's AgroMech and then gave a motivation speech to her forces. She lead her forces against the Spirit Cats on the continent of Kushiro when the Spirit Cats moved to take control of the city of Sapporo.[2]

Following Rikkard's own visions he moved a small force onto the continent of Sendai, into the worst of the radioactive hot zones on Ozawa, and though incredulous and uncomprehending of such a move, she did send a force there also.[2]

Frustrated with her inability to eliminate the Spirit Cats as a threat, Di Jones hatched a plan that left the city of Sukade apparently undefended hoping to lure the Spirit Cats to the city which her Raiders will had surrounded so she can move in for the kill. Though aware of the potential for a trap, the Spirit Cats could not resist the lure. During this fight she downed a AgroMech and a ForestryMech.[2]

Her force pushed to the edge in the Todaka Forest, near the city of Sukade when Rikkard Nova Cat launched one last desperate bid to destroy the Raiders and claim Ozawa, setting the forest on fire.[2]

Star Colonel Rikkard Nova Cat defeated Bannson's troops and secured the prefecture capital for the Cats by February 3133.[3]

It is not known if she was able to scape or not.[citation needed]
