Major General Dimitry Barrios was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Fifteenth Army from at least 2764 to 2777.[1][2]

Early Career[edit]
A native of the Terran Hegemony world of Deneb Kaitos, Dimitry Barrios was the son of two MechWarrior parents who served with the SLDF's Second Army. Learning to pilot a BattleMech from an early age, he travelled with his parents from SLDF base to SLDF base, enlisting in its officer training program as soon as he was able.
Attending the War Academy of Mars, Barrios received top marks in tactics and political theory, before being assigned to Fifteenth Army after graduation. Rising through the ranks, upon reaching Army command, he showed a streak of ruthlessness in combat which won respect from his subordinates. He never hesitated to order his unit into danger, and once in action, often used excessive force as a way of sending a message to potential enemies.[1]
Amaris Civil War[edit]
Barrios retained command of Fifteenth Army at the start of the Amaris Civil War[3] through to Operation LIBERATION in 2777, during which he led the assault against the Sandhurst Castle Brian.[2]
