Formed following the Liao-Marik Offensive of 3057, this Chaos March region was composed of 24 worlds that favored rejoining the Capellan Confederation but remained independent due to distance and lack of Capellan Confederation Armed Forces troops to retake them.[1] They were slowly absorbed by the Confederation and mostly ceased to exist by 3061.
