Sang-shao Elena Kingston was the commander of the First Victoria Rangers, with the Capellan Confederation, from at least 3144 to 3145.[1][2]

A member of House Kingston, the family with a hereditary rights to command positions within the First Victoria Rangers, Kingston was an aggressive officer. During the recapture of Victoria from the Federated Suns in 3144, made sure her unit was the first Capellan Confederation Armed Forces unit to make planetfall. Using her aerospace units to blow holes in geodesic domes used in the planet's industry, she combat dropped directly into the worlds extensive underground tunnels, putting the Davion defenders off-balance. After a short, brutal and costly fight, Kingston was able to claim her objective.
Kingston and the First remained on Victoria as part of its garrison, though until at least December 3145.[1]
