Elena de Riel (b. ???? - d. ????) was the chief of security employed by Outworlds Alliance President Catherine Avellar during the mid-26th Century; it was de Riel who recruited the future Senior Defence Chairman of the Outworlds Alliance Militia, Welkens Nordd, to the security detail of Grigori Avellar, Catherine's son.[1]
