Elliot Webb was the commanding officer of the Martian Cuirassiers as of 3025.[1]

Major Webb, serving with the Martian Cuirassiers under contract to the Free Worlds League, was stationed on Concord in 3025.[2] During this time, Webb sent numerous requests to the Minister of Defense for better equipment, facilities, and training in order to prevent the Cuirassiers from being used in combat situations.[1]
