Evelyn Panfili was the commanding Colonel of the 11th Atrean Dragoons.[1]
History[edit]
Colonel Evelyn Panfili began her career in the Second Marik Militia and quickly became a well-known and respected officer. After transferring to the Dragoons in 3044 she was frequently seen with Dark Circle power couple Cassandra Blake and Adam Tam. In the early 3050s Blake and Tam had a very public and messy breakup; shortly thereafter, Panfili's political star was on the decline. Rumors attributed this to a love triangle with Blake and Tam but without evidence the scandal soon faded. Panfili had a relaxed congenial command style that didn't sit well with LCCC but no action has been taken against her because he still achieved results.[1][2][3]
