Galaxy Commander Ezekiel Vong was the commander of the Tau Galaxy, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Vong Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3152.[1][2]

History[edit]

Tau Galaxy[edit]

Vong lead his Galaxy from the Holmsbu based First Bear Regulars as of 3145.[1] A Clan traditionalist, he had been known to act offensively to civilian groups within the Dominion. This lead to an incident during a diplomatic mission to Santander V, which resulted in the Dominion Council demanding Vong perform surkai for insulting the Inheritor leader Warden Seb Hutardo.[3]

Star League Vote[edit]

During the debates over if the Rasalhague Dominion would join the Third Star League, Vong was a staunch Joiner, welcoming Clan Wolf becoming IlClan as an affirmation of the Way of the Clans. He was therefore shock when Holmsbu voted against becoming part of the Star League, and was emotionally devastated when Alaric Ward rejected the narrow overall vote for the League as insufficient, despite his aide Star Colonel Janie Cobb and nearly half of his Cluster being equally strong Deniers.[2][4]

Following Prince Hjalmer Miraborg's declaration of martial law and Unity Council vote in favor of the Joiner cause in December 3151, Vong declared Holmsbu a Joiner world under his direct control, a move which was opposed by his aide Janie Cobb based on the outstanding Trials of Refusal against the Council vote. Gathering the support of at least half of Vong's First Bear Regulars, as well as much of Holmsbu's civilian population, Cobb took to the field such that by February 3152 their was daily fighting between his Deniers and Vong's Joiners.[4]

Shortly afterwards the combat claimed the lives of both Cobb and Vong, though the First Bear Regulars continued their internecine war following their deaths.[2]
