The Fairfax system was home to at least one habitable world or construct and as at 3145 was located in the Kaznejoy Prefecture of the New Samarkand Military District within the Draconis Combine.[1][2]

System Description

The Fairfax system is located near the Chaumont and Melcher systems.[3]

System History

The Fairfax system was colonized during the First Exodus from Terra[4] and by the end of the Age of War had been incorporated into the Federated Suns.[5][6] For much of its history as a part of the Federated Suns, Fairfax was the administrative capital of the Fairfax Combat Region and the Fairfax Operational Area within the Draconis March.[7]

Having been occupied by the Draconis Combine at some point in 2797[15] or 2798.[16] Fairfax was re-captured from the Combine in the period between March and September of 2799, during the First Succession War.[49][50][17]
