Falco Palmero was the commanding officer of the Fourth Regulan Hussars as of 3050.[1]

Colonel Palmero, serving with the Fourth Regulan Hussars, was stationed on Tiber in 3050 and was stationed on Avior from 3059 to 3067.[1][2][3] Joining the Hussars as a MechWarrior recruit fresh from Aitutaki Academy in 3013, Palmero received his first taste of combat against the Alpha and Gamma regiments of Wolf's Dragoons on Vanra during Anton's Revolt. That experience left Palmero with a view of mercenaries as dishonorable and unfamiliar with the true spirit of warfare.[2]
