One of the longest running holovid series produced, Fringers focuses on the lives of colonists on the Free Worlds League's Periphery edge. [1]
Overview
Produced by Irian Entertainment with its first episode broadcast in 2874, Fringers features an near constantly changing cast who portray the ups and (much more frequently) downs of its ever-shifting inhabitants on the borders. Ironically the show is popular across the League for the often dire prospects and fates of its characters, appealing to many viewers for protraying people whose lives are consistently worse than their own.[1]
Broadcast across the League each week, Fringers had reached the amazing milestone of ten-thousand episodes by 3067 and was due to reach it bicentennial on air by 3074.[1]
