Fuhito Tetsuhara is the second son of Minoru Tetsuhara and younger brother to Minobu Tetsuhara. Fuhito was assigned to the Seventeenth Benjamin Regulars in march 3023.

For much of his early career, Fuhito piloted his family's Panther, named Katana Kat. During the Ronin War and the War of 3039, he used an advanced Battlemaster provided by ComStar.
