Planetary Description

Hellgate is a planet located in the Kerensky Cluster, known for the harsh conditions on the planet's surface.[citation needed]

History

Life can only exist on Hellgate within huge, translucent domes that cover most major installations.

The planet was an important enclave of Clan Snow Raven, until Clan Steel Viper conducted aggressive number of Trials of Possession starting in 2897, which ultimately led to the seizure and control of the entire planet by the Vipers in 2899.[4]

In 3051, Clan Steel Vipers, in sought revenge for loss of took enclave on Hellgate, by advantage of weakness Jade Falcon's forces from Battle of Tukayyid.[5]

In the year after the death of ilKhan Leo Showers, Clan Jade Falcon traded their foothold on the planet to Clan Steel Viper, in exchange for fleet assets to the Snow Ravens. The deal provoked protest within the Raven Touman and both Raven khans had to defend their positions multiple times.

Even when the deal was cut down by the Ravens because the Jade Falcon khan Elias Crichell was not releasing Nerran McKenna to fulfill his obligation to his house and so attempted to meddle in another Clan's internal affairs, and 'offering' so a good reason to do that to end the Ravens internal struggle, and two following Falcon raids, the Ravens retained the world.[6]
