Henry Watkins was the commanding officer of the Florida Timbuktu Theater Militia as of 3043.[1]

Leftenant General Watkins, serving with the Florida Periphery March Militia, was stationed on Florida in 3050.[2] By 3062, now-Colonel Watkins continued to serve with the renamed Florida TTM on Florida. Watkins was commander of the Florida Militia since its founding but, while loyal to the Archon, had little to no respect for the Lyran Alliance Armed Forces' High Command. Regarding his higher ups as sycophants more interested in their own goals rather than those of the Alliance, Watkins was more than happy to remain at his backwater post performing the acts of soldiering he loved best. Towards the end of 3062, old age had begun to affect Watkins, causing him to groom the Miltia's aerospace commander Ambrose Kidd as his successor.[1]
Despite his advancing age, Watkins remained in command of the Florida Militia after the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and was still stationed on Florida by 3067.[3]
