Ivan Petroff was the commanding officer of the Twenty-second Skye Rangers from at least 3025 to 3027.[1][2]

Colonel Petroff, serving with the Twenty-second Skye Rangers, was stationed on Fatima in 3025.[1]
After graduation from the Nagelring in 3027, albeit in the lower third of his class, the Hogarth family's connections secured the young Thomas Hogarth a position on Ivan Petroff's staff as commander of of the Twenty-Second Skye Rangers.[2]
