Joachim Brandeis was the commanding officer of the Kestrel Crucis March Militia as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Brandeis, commanding the Kestrel CrMM's Armor Brigade, was stationed on Kestrel in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Major General Brandeis commanded the entire Kestrel CrMM and remained on Kestrel as of 3067.[1]
