Star Colonel Jullamon Lossey commanded the 274th Battle Cluster from at least 3052 to 3067.[1][2][3]

Jullamon initially led the 274th Battle Cluster when it was part of Delta Galaxy, but by 3062 it had been transferred to Tau Galaxy at her request. She was challenged to a Trial of Grievance by Star Captain Ester Gritas in relation to this decision; Lossey almost lost but ultimately triumphed, remaining firmly in command.[3]
By October 3067, Jullamon still retained command of the 274th Battle Cluster, at which time they were stationed on Mualang and acting as part of the Second Star League Defense Force.[2]
