Landgrave Karl Von Weinmann was the noble ruler of Enzesfled as of 3071.[1]

Von Weinmann called for aid to assist Enzesfled from neighboring Lyran Alliance worlds, under the Firenze Regional Defense Pact, following an uprising by a militant faction of the Democracy Now movement led by Lindon Ashley which had ousted the local nobility from power.
In response, Baron Erich Sheridan of Kaumberg ordered the Kaumberg Planetary Guard into action on 27 July 3071, sending them to Enzesfled to help restore noble rule.[1]
