Kevin Arbott was Khan of Clan Sea Fox during the Golden Century. He was Khan during the invention of the OmniMech. Under his leadership, Sea Fox scientists and technicians collaborated with those of Clan Coyote to create the new war machine. Later, he guided Sea Fox policy towards the subsequent Trials by other Clans to obtain the new technology.
