A blind follower of Katherine Steiner-Davion, along his unit, he was posted on Thorin. The 1 November 3062, Blucher tasked him to investigate a explosion in a restaurant. Despite lacking any conclusive proof, he considered the explosion a terrorist attack of the followers of Victor Steiner-Davion, and strongly suggested Blucher to arrest any suspect, specially the retired war hero Leutnant Colonel Archer Christifori, but Blucher strongly refused to do so.[3]

The 9 November, after Blucher ordered him to bring Andrea Christifori to talk with him, he believed she was holding a weapon, panicked and killed her. His attempts to force his soldiers to support his version failed, and Blucher ordered him arrested and court-martialed. During the process, he refused to cooperate, but despite being found guilty, the 16 November, Blucher was ordered to release him, free of all charges. However, the colonel refused to restore his rank and tasked him all the bad tasks he could find.[4]

After the beginning the FedCom Civil War, Archer publicly denouncing the Archon's acts, and Luther blamed Blucher for his inaction, but to no avail. However, after the Colonel was victim of a terrorist attack, Blucher allowed him to interrogate Victor loyalists' suspects, but refused to revoking the people's civil rights. It is implied than Fisk was behind the attack.[5]

Fisk fought at the battle for Thorin, until the 2 February 3063, Then, the Thorin Militia, led by Archer, downed his 'Mech into a concentrated attack. Fisk survived, but wounded in the head, a knee and having lost a full arm. Christifori, however, refused to kill him.[6]

He had the option to made his leg reconstructed, but refused to do so, as it would imply to be tended by Capellan doctors. Despite being unable to pilot ever a BattleMech, served his father as advisory. When he began preparing a trap for Christofori's unit on Odessa, he helped his father. The 14 March 3063, he oversee a meeting of his father with Colonel Rhonda Snord, CO of Snord's Irregulars, warning a Loki (Intelligence agency) agent to not underestimate Christofori, but he ignored his advice.[7]

In another meeting, the 26 April, he advised again caution when dealing with the Avengers. His father assigned him the place of his liaison in the mercenary unit Wolverton's Highlanders, hired to destroy the Avengers. After Christofori's Avengers and the Irregulars defeated Odessa's garrison, Luther was captured. The 6 May, Archer met him, but despite hating Fisk, as cannot prove his complicity into his father's acts, simply sent him to a prison.[8]

Word of Blake Jihad[edit]

After the Civil War, his father Nicholas Fisk received a pardon from Victor Steiner-Davion and was restored to power, although he had to disinherit Luther. Luther's destiny during the Word of Blake Jihad, when Odessa was quarantined after a deadly virus was released on it is unknwon.[9]
