History
Commissioned during the Star League Era, the FWLS Majestic was an Atreus-class battleship in service with the Free Worlds League Navy.
First Succession War
In August of 2788 the Majestic was part of a naval flotilla of Marik sent into the Capellan Confederation as part of retribution for Task Force Devlin's overwhelming assault of New Delos. The Marik Naval Taskforce consisted of Majestic's sister ship Kanata, League-Class Destroyers Andria and Avellino, and two highly modified Carrack-Class Transports which served as Aerospace Carriers. Carrying it's orders out, the Majestic's task force would fire bomb the cities of New Canton as part of House Marik's revenge.[1]
Second Succession War
The last noted action of the Majestic was during the defense of Andurien in October 2838. A Liao invasion consisting of number of regiments and the Warships trying to made bid to retake the planet. The Majestic by this time was among the last of the Marik's WarShip fleet. It and it's other three survivors strong defense of the Andurien's Star System. Liao forces would first be bloodied in both of the planet's Jump Points. The Majestic along with the Soyal-Class Heavy Cruiser, FWLS Kumbha arrive in orbit as Liao ground troops proceeded to make their landings. The Majestic and it's allied forces was able to destroy a fifth of the Liao landing forces before they made their way to the surface. In the course of the battle, the two Liao Warships would lost in the engagement with Marik fleet. However the battle over Audurien eventually would result in the Majestic's destruction. The ship's wreckage would remain in orbit until 2843, when it would finally burn up in the planet's atmosphere after being navigation hazard aerospace craft making its way to and from the planet.[2]
