Margo Calumet was a Leftenant in the Republic of the Sphere, Swordsworn and later the AFFS.[1][2]

Calumet was a reservist for the Republic's Achernar militia at the beginning of the Dark Age. When not called up she was an air traffic controller for the local heliport, a married mother of three. In 3133 the Steel Wolves invaded to claim the still functional HPG and were beat back by the Swordsworn.[3] The fierce fighting however was not without collateral damage however, one of Calumet's sons was among the dead. Bitter at the militia for not keeping her family safe she threw in with the Swordsworn, finding a home in the Prince's Men.[1]
The Swordsworn were later absorbed into the AFFS, and Calumet was on New Hessen in 3144. When the Capellan Confederation invaded, she continued making dangerous supply runs into the beleaguered forces as the battle raged, evacuating wounded on her return trip. Her actions earned her the nickname "Angel of Darmstadt" and saved the lives of hundreds from the massacre.[2]
