Matt "ZXQUEB" Vanek was a mercenary MechWarrior during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Vanek was an expert scout, especially in urban warfare contexts, where he was skilled in locating enemy forces. His light 'Mech led Vanek to be discounted by some however, giving rise to his machine receiving the dismissive nickname "Scrub". He had preference for working with Clan Nova Cat, but would take any job for the right price.[1]

Vanek was known to have piloted a Locust BattleMech, nicknamed "Scrub".[1]
