Owner History

Planetary Info

Mayetta served as the headquarters world of the Mayetta PDZ in the Draconis March. Though this brought it some notice, the citizens of Mayetta have mostly kept to themselves. Their educational and medical systems are lacking compared to most worlds, but the extensive mineral exports bring in enough capital to keep the citizenry safe. All this on a world that was discovered by a JumpShip with a navigation problem.[1]

During the FedCom Civil War, the Yalos family brought unwanted attention to Mayetta. In exchange for backing Victor Steiner-Davion they tried to create their own little empire centered on Mayetta. Instead the pro-Katrina Steiner-Davion Milligan DMM and Bremond DMM arrived on the world. The Mayetta DMM was destroyed and rolled into other Allied units.[1]
