The Medium Bridgelayer is the most versatile of all bridging devices. Like all Bridgelayers it is used to deploy a 30 meter bridge weighing 2 tons to cross rivers, terrain of up to 30 meters apart and 30 meters in differing heights, or other difficult terrain. The Medium Bridgelayer has a standard load of 20 tons, but can support up to 40 tons of weight crossing it at any one time before collapsing.[1][2]
