Mica Liao

Mica Gabriel Liao (b. 2500 - d. 2542[1]) was the eleventh Chancellor of the Capellan Confederation.

Biography

Chancellor

Sister of Kalvin Liao, she was raised on New Avalon and spent most of her Chancellorship working to maintain peace between the Confederation and the Federated Suns and Free Worlds League.[2]

Under Mica Liao's reign the House of Scions gained the power to review legislation enacted by the Prefectorate and approve or disallow it. She made sure however that this power didn't extend to reviewing the Chancellor's decrees.[3]
