Mikail Breshnov was an officer of the DCMS in the mid to late 3050s. He assumed command of the 8th Alshain Avengers after the death of Tai-sa Tasha Greer in 3058. Upon taking command, he used the memory of the popular Tasha Greer to help increase the crumbling morale of the Avengers. Most of his soldiers reacted positively to his actions though he had difficulty winning over the 1st Battalion of the unit due to their closeness to the previous commander.[1]
The final fate of Mikail Breshnov is unknown at this time, but it is assumed that he retained command of the 8th Alshain Avengers until 3062. Thus he would be in command of the 8th during Operation BULLDOG when they attacked Clan Smoke Jaguar on Yamarovka in 3059. If he survived and stayed on until 3062, then the Tai-sa may have participated in Operation BATU, the unauthorized attack against Alshain which was occupied by Clan Ghost Bear. As this attack was planned by the Black Dragon Society, any soldiers that were not killed in the attack were put to the sword as traitors by the Draconis Combine.[2][3]
