Lieutenant Colonel Morgan Flynn was the commander of the Second Galatean Defense Force Mercenary unit as of 3144.[1]

In December 3144, when Clan Jade Falcon attacked Galatea, Flynn was involved in the success defense of the world. This resulted in him becoming the founding CO of the Second Galatean Defense Force, when it was established by merging a number of smaller independent Mercenary units, but by December 3145 had been replaced by Colonel Brent Green.[1][2]

Flynn was known to have piloted a TFT-A9 Thunder Fox BattleMech.[1]
