Description
Motorized infantry ride into battle on light vehicles such as motorcycles and jeeps, making them faster than foot infantry and able to tow heavier support weapons. However they are more restricted in the types of terrain they can traverse, and the high speeds and tight formations they typically fight at have given them a reputation for recklessness. They may also be transported to the battlefield in modified heavy APCs.[1]
Notable Units
Among the most infamous of these units are Dark Caste Bandits. These so-called bandits are limited to whatever they can build or steal from the Clans, which puts them at a disadvantage against all but the weakest Clan forces. More terrifying than what they can do is what they represent: a rejection of the highly-structured and restrictive Clan lifestyle.[2]
Armament
For armaments, these Bandits make do with bolt-action rifles, supported by standard SRM launchers. Their ramshackle vehicles provide very little protection, or safety measures, for the rider.[2]
