Oskar Hausen was the commanding officer of the Second Regulan Hussars as of 3059.[1]

Colonel Hausen, serving with the Second Regulan Hussars, was stationed on Goth Khakar in 3059 and remained there by 3067.[1][2] Appointed personally by Thomas Halas following the Second Regulan's quagmire on Gibson and SAFE's subsequent dismemberment of the unit, Hausen was disliked by many of his troops and it was widely assumed that he was either a political lackey for the Captain-General or a SAFE agent.[1]
