When Duke George Hasek launched his offensive against the Capellan Confederation under the name Operation SOVEREIGN JUSTICE, Overton was one of the worlds targeted as the Federated Suns forces encircled the worlds of the former St. Ives Compact. Overton was captured by the 2nd of July 3068.
