Paul DeVries was the commanding officer of the Sixth Regulan Hussars as of 3085.[1]
History[edit]
Force Commander DeVries, serving as the executive officer of the First Regulan Hussars, was stationed on Regulus in 3059.[2] Originally joining the Hussars to gain 'Mech experience in order to create a better reality-simulator game, DeVries became so enamored with the life of a MechWarrior that he gave his game company to his brother Ross and pursued a full-fledged military career. This decision would pay off as, after the dissolution of the Free Worlds League during the Jihad, DeVries would be promoted to colonel and given full command of the Sixth Regulan Hussars by the time of their 3085 posting to Avior.[1]
