History

In 3103, in the opening operation of the Victoria War, Pharaoh’s Arrows took part in Duchess Amanda Hasek's invasion of the Capellan Confederation. Along with the Federated Suns' 3rd Federated Suns Lancers and 2nd Syrtis Fusiliers, the mercenaries arrived in the Zanzibar system on 7 September.[1] They dropped right on the HPG compound located in the capital city of Wete, quickly capturing the site and preventing any notification of the invasion from being transmitted. Having met their first objective, half of the battalion met up with the 3rd Lancers in order to engage the militia defending the city. After an abbreviated battle, the conventional forces surrendered, with the remnants of a Capellan BattleMech lance capitulating shortly thereafter.[2]

The mercenary group was apparently relieved by the Sirdar Capellan March Militia and rotated off Zanzibar prior to the Canopian attack around 21 February 3104.[3] The unit suffered only 10% casualties by the 3105 conclusion of the conflict.[4]
