Seamus Kinnell was an officer in the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth and later the Lyran Alliance Armed Forces and was the aide to the commanding officer of the Melissia Theater Militia as of 3067.[1]

Colonel Kinnell, commanding the Sixth Donegal Guards, was stationed on Denebola V in 3025.[2] By 3050, now-Marshal Kinnell continued to lead the Sixth Donegal and was stationed on Cavanaugh II.[3] By 3067, now-Kommandant-General Kinnell, serving under General of the Armies Adam Steiner, was executive officer of the Melissia Theater.[1]
